I regret that I have to report the sad passing of Clement Crabbe (Source Tombstone on column, Daily Mail Sat.21 March 2009) The 'old boy' will be sadly missed by his readers, by "the Pinters" and, of course, by Admiral Basil Angostura. He was allegedly seized by a passing sea-bird, and carried away. Large G&T's to his memory. (Many Thanks, Quentin!) A.Wailer
