Every Little Movement (Has a Meaning All Its Own)

Every Little Movement (Has a Meaning All Its Own)

"Every Little Movement (Has a Meaning All Its Own)" is a popular song.

The music was written by Karl Hoschna, the lyrics by Otto Harbach. The song was published in 1910.

The song has since become a standard, recorded by many artists; Doris Day's recording is known best. In Rick Besoyan's satirical 1959 musical "Little Mary Sunshine", the song is parodied by "Every Little Nothing," which has the same first five notes and a line that says "Every Little Moment"--a play on words.

The song was song by Millie on an episode of The Dick Van Dyke Show called "The Gunslinger"
