EXERCISE1 Records ", entitled "Spiderz In The Bar (Part II)".The band made their out-of-print debut album available for free download from their website along with a free download only EP " [http://www.plansandapologies.com/?page_id=32 The Free Dee Pee EP] "
The band set up their own label called Pandaz Pop in order to releas a new EP entitled "Wirez, Man" in October 2006.
During 2007-8, founder members Miikhul Salmon and Daniel Beizsley left the group. The band decided not to replace them, instead slimming down to a five-piece line-up with Dan Wheeler becoming the main drummer.
Having completed their new album, "The Bassett Hound and the Icy Ground", scheduled for release during 2008, the band announced their decision to split up on their website on Monday 22nd September, 2008. [http://www.plansandapologies.com/?p=412]
