He also did session work with some well known acts such asToyah Willcox , Sad Café,Randy Crawford ,Linda Ronstadt andSuzi Quatro . Leo Sayer from 1981 to 1985. He was also a guitarist forElkie Brooks in 1999 and 2000. In July 2007 the Alstock Festival was held in memory of him. One of the bands was made up of Hodge's students.fact|date=April 2008
