2002 FIFA World Cup Final

2002 FIFA World Cup Final

The 2002 FIFA World Cup Final was contested between Germany and Brazil. Brazil won 2–0, winning a record fifth title. Ronaldo, who became the record World Cup scorer at the 2006 tournament, scored two of his fifteen goals in the second half of the 2002 final. It also worth mentioning the peculiar fact that Germany and Brazil had never met before in an official FIFA World Cup match.
