The white warehou, "Seriolella caerulea", is a medusafish of the family "Centrolophidae" found in the southern Pacific and southern Atlantic oceans, at depths of between 500 and 800 m. Its length is up to about 75 cm.

The white warehou has very small scales which are not easily visible, and is a uniform grey-white in colour. The top of the head is darker but this does not extend in a vee back to the dorsal fin as it does in the silver warehou, "Seriolella punctata".

Juveniles are known to live within jellyfish, but move to deeper water as they grow and mature.
