Andrew Mangan (born August 30, 1986 in Liverpool) is an English footballer currently playing for Forest Green Rovers.

Prior to joining the Shakers, Mangan played for Accrington Stanley, whom he joined after being released by Blackpool. He had gained his first first-team experience during a short 'work experience' spell with Hyde United. After receiving a two year contract offer from Accrington, he rejected in favour of Bury.

On May 20, 2008, he signed for Conference National outfit Forest Green Rovers.
