Florida Panthers 82nd overall in the1996 NHL Entry Draft . He made his NHL debut for Florida during the2000-01 NHL season and went on to play 69 games over three seasons before he was traded to theOttawa Senators forSimon Lajeunesse . He only managed to play two games for the Sens and in 2003 he signed with theCarolina Hurricanes , but also played just two games for them, spending much of his tenure with theirAmerican Hockey League affiliate theLowell Lock Monsters . Tetarenko then signed with theMinnesota Wild in 2004, but never played for the team, instead spending three seasons in the AHL with theHouston Aeros . When he was a healthy scratch, he done commentary in the radio broadcast booth alongside Aeros announcerKen Double .Tetarenko retired after the 2006-07 season and now works as a fish monger in the Houston area.
