Hasnat Abdul Hye studied Economics at
Dhaka University , theUniversity of Washington andLondon School of Economics and Development Studies atCambridge University . After teaching Economics atDhaka University he joined civil service and served in various capacities includingSecretary to the Government ofBangladesh .Works
