Pustoshka

Pustoshka

Pustoshka ( _ru. Пустошка) is a town in the southern part of Pskov Oblast, Russia, located on Krupeya River, 191 km southeast of Pskov. It is a station on the Moscow–Riga railroad. Population: 5,509 (2002 Census).

The settlement of Pustoshka was founded in 1901 due to construction of the railroad, and was granted town status in 1925.
