The Main Campus of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila is composed of thirteen (13) Undergraduate schools, two (2) Professional schools, and eight (8) Graduate schools. It offers a wide range of curricular programs in Medicine, Law, Nursing, Engineering, Computer Science and Information Technology, Business, Architecture, Education, Mass Communication, Physical Therapy, Tourism, Government, Arts, the Social Sciences, and the Pure and Applied Sciences. Several thousand faculty serve a diverse student body of different ages in different academic divisions, from undergraduate to postgraduate levels.

Campus Overview

The Main Campus is strategically located at the heart of Manila, inside the walls of historic Intramuros. Accessible from the campus are malls, recreational centers, museums and educational facilities such as the SM City Manila behind the Manila City Hall, Robinson's Place in Ermita, Harrison Plaza in Vito Cruz, Rizal Park, the Baywalk and Manila Ocean Park near Roxas Boulevard, the Manila City Library at the Mehan Garden, the National Library in Kalaw, the National Museum, the Manila Planetarium, among others. The Main Campus consists of different buildings that possess a 19th century or Hispanic architectural design. Moldings, window and door material, grillwork and paneling depict the details of the "Bahay na Bato". The different buildings are either separate or interconnected with one another. These buildings include:

* Gusaling Arsenio Lacson: houses the College of Science, the College of Liberal Arts, the College of Mass Communication, the PLM Science-Research Laboratory, and the PLM Radio & Speech Laboratory
* Gusaling Ramon Bagatsing: houses the College of Medicine, the PLM Rehabilitation Center (formerly the PLM Physical Therapy Clinic), and the Bulwagang Agham
* Gusaling Katipunan: houses the College of Law, the PLM Law Center, the College of Nursing, Bukod Tanging Bulwagan (also known as the Mary Vita Jackson Audiovisual Room), the PLM Graduate School of Health Sciences, the Celso Al Carunungan Genereral Circulation Library, the PLM Graduate School Library, the PLM Health Sciences Library, the Dr. Norman R. Dahl Memorial Medical Library (formerly the Chicago-Norwegian Hospital Medical Library) and the PLM Registrar's Office
* The PLM College of Physical Therapy Building: houses the College of Physical Therapy
* Gusaling Antonio Villegas: houses the College of Engineering and Technology, the College of Human Development, the College of Tourism, Hotel and Travel Industry Management, the Head Office of the "Ang Pamantasan", the Old University Laboratory, the Bulwagang Manileño, cafeteria and several other offices and audiovisual rooms
* The PLM Administrative Building: houses the PLM Executive Office and several administrative offices
* Gusaling Don Pepe Atienza: houses most of the Graduate schools (the Graduate School of Arts, Sciences and Education, the Graduate School of Engineering and the Graduate School of Management) of PLM, the Graduate School Library, Office of the Chancellor of the PLM Open University, the President Ramon Magsaysay Reading Center, the T.O.P Room, the Regent's Lounge, and several audiovisual rooms
* The PLM Entreprise Center: houses the College of Management and Entrepreneurship and the College of Accountancy and Economics
* Rajah Sulayman Gymnasium: houses the College of Physical Therapy, Recreation and Sports, the PLM Basketball Court

The Main Campus is composed of three (3) different academic divisions that are composed of different colleges and schools. Each school is headed by a dean and a secretary.
