Beartown State Forest is a 12,000 acre (49 km²) forest offering numerous recreational opportunities.
Features of the park include the 35-acre Benedict Pond and year-round camping.
Wildlife include
deer ,bobcat s,fisher s, black bear, andbeaver . Flora includesdecidious forests, various floweringshrubs andwildflowers .Approximately 7.5 miles of the
