According to the liner notes for Meat Loaf's Bat Out of Hell II album, the following people are listed under the category The Band at the end of the album personnel credits (in the order listed in the booklet): Steve Buslowe, Mark Alexander, Pat Thrall, Chuck Burgi, Amy Goff, Elaine Goff, Dave Gellis, John Miceli, Paul Jacobs, "Dominic Chichetti" (sic), and "Patricia Rousseau" (sic).[3] From this, it can be assumed, as in a typical industry pay or play situation, that all of these musicians were on the payroll at various times. The following lineup listings merely indicate some form of documentation for this version of the band existing at a given time.
