Troyer was a founding member of ELO Part II, having been recruited by band leaderBev Bevan in 1990.Troyer has also appeared as a

Thirteen years later, he did release a solo CD, "Model Citizen".
Personal life
Troyer is married with his second wife Donna, and has three daughters: Laureen born in 1987, Lindsey born in 1984 and Asia born in 1974.
