Chrissie Reidy (born 12 March 1973 in Birmingham) is an English journalist and weather forecaster. She works on BBC's South East Today.
Forecaster
From 2001 she was a weather forecaster for ITV Weather, in 2005 was demoted to ITV London where she spent five years, until she resigned to pursue a full-time journalism career after freelance stints.
Journalism
Reidy is also a broadcast journalist. She worked for BBC Radio WM as a News Broadcast Assistant and was the Flying Eye Reporter at BRMB Radio, Birmingham.
She has appeared on Calendar for ITV Yorkshire in autumn 2008 and on the BBC's South East Today from 2010. She reports on a wide range of news stories across Kent and Sussex.[1][2]
