A Precious Metals Representative is a person who accompanies and or witnesses the processing, packaging, and or reclamation of a precious metal at a primary or secondary precious metal refiner, in order to verify the maximum dollar value is returned to the material owner. This value is usually based on a percentage of the materials worth, by using industry wide procedures.
