Anubis (Marvel Comics)

Anubis (Marvel Comics)

Anubis is a fictional character appearing in the Marvel Comics universe, based loosely on the Anubis of Egyptian mythology. He is a member of the Helipolitans. He first appeared in "Son of Satan" #5 (Aug 1976).

Anubis has clashed with Daimon Hellstrom, the "Son of Satan". N'Kantu, the Living Mummy once served Anubis.

N'Kantu agreed to become Anubis' agent to kill people and send their souls to him in exchange for N'Kantu moving on to the afterlife. ["Legion of Monsters: Satana" #1]
