History

The company was established in 2002 when Robert Half International, Inc. agreed to hire approximately 700 professionals formerly with Arthur Andersen LLP, including more than 50 individuals who had been Partners at Andersen. These professionals had been affiliated with the internal audit and business risk consulting practices of Andersen, which were operated separately from Andersen’s attestation and external audit services.
