Rubén Amaro, Jr. (born February 12, 1965, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) is a former Major League Baseball outfielder who played from by|1991 to by|1998. He is the son of former infielder Rubén Amaro, Sr.. He now is the Assistant General Manager for the Philadelphia Phillies.

Amaro graduated from William Penn Charter School in 1983, and Stanford University in 1987. He was a member of the Stanford team that won the 1987 College World Series.

Amaro made the Cleveland Indians World Series roster in 1995 over Dave Winfield.
