Academic standards
For the school year 2006-07, the school received a passing grade in the satisfaction survey from each of the three groups of teachers, students and parents. This was the only secondary school in the district to achieve this. "[1]
Sport
The boys’ snowboarding team won the British Columbia high school ski and snowboarding zonal championship in March 2008.[2]
Community involvement
The school supports community involvement in the arts. The Roundhouse Theatre Society performs at the Roundhouse Theatre in the school. [3] Since September 2008 the school has held a monthly 'movie night', both to provide the community with family entertainment and to raise funds.[4]
