Kinetic Records

Kinetic Records

Kinetic Records was a New York City-based record label that featured releases from artists such as BT, Deepsky, Tilt, Timo Maas, Sandra Collins, Binary Finary, Shpongle, and LTJ Bukem. It was also well-known for its Tranceport series and its release of Sasha's Airdrawndagger. The label folded in 2004, filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. It was distributed by Reprise/Warner Bros. Records from its inception until 2001, when Kinetic switched distribution to BMG. The latter eventually absorbed the label.
