Ikebukuro ,Toshima, Tokyo . It is Tokyo's oldest city within the city and has the 240 meter tallSunshine 60 skyscraper at its center. aquarium and aplanetarium . It also features a Prince Hotel,Namco Namja Town , a convention centre, theatre, and a shopping mall.Since it was opened, other observation decks have opened in Tokyo, such as at
