nihongo|"Level E"|レベルE is a short manga series by Yoshihiro Togashi. Originally published in "Shōnen Jump" from 1995 to 1997. It is made up of three volumes (tankōbon) altogether. Along with its short length, the story is focused much more heavily on humor than his more famous shōnen series Yu Yu Hakusho and Hunter x Hunter.

Plot Summary

Earth has been populated by thousands of aliens from all over the galaxy. While all the other aliens are aware of their presence, it is a secret only from the Earthlings. Ouji, the Prince of the planet Dogra, crash lands on Earth and loses his memory. He forcibly moves in with Tsutsui Yukitata, a first year high school student who had just moved out on his own. The normal life he once knew is quickly pulled away as he becomes the target of Ouji's torment.

Main Characters

Ouji:First Prince of the planet Dogra. He has an exceptionally high IQ, but has little interest in using it but to torment those around him for his own amusement.

Tsutsui Yukitaka:High school student and Ouji's roommate. Plays baseball.

Edogawa Miho:Tsutsui's next door neighbor and school mate. Edogawa's father is a researcher studying alien life on Earth.

Captain Kraft: Captain of the Royal Guard Army. He is in his 10th year. His top priority is that of Ouji's body guard. Fifth year guard, Sado, and first year, Colin, work under him.
