nihongo|"Tokimeki Check-in!"|ときめきCheck in! is a eroge dating sim developed by Crowd. It was translated later by Peach Princess into English. The game has a multiple-choice interface with a lot of CG.

In this game, you play the role of Takayuki Yamano who has to work as the manager of the Yamato Inn. Despite spending most of his time completing chores, Takayuki can meet and fall in love with ten beautiful young women. Each character has a "best ending" (sexual intercourse included) and some of them a "good ending". There are "bad endings" in the game too. In total, the game has 17 endings, with each lasting 3 days.

The "Hero's" Story

Takayuki Yamano is a boy who simply wishes to break away from his family's tradition, running Yamano Inn, which is a hot spring resort where the most beautiful girls come from miles around for vacation time. One could easily question his sanity, as did his employers. Being rejected for the millionth time, he sadly returns to Yamano Inn to work as manager/butler. You've got three days to choose to follow and woo the girl of your choice.

Gameplay

You (Takayuki Yamano) are butler/manager of the place. The territory of the game is from the inn, to the shop, and the pond. As the boss, your job is to manage the inn, but most importantly, find yourself a girl. To get a girl you must first understand her. To do this you must pay attention to any and all possible clues and hints (most of which will be vague), like what does she like/do, why's she here, where in the inn does she go, where's she likely to be, how does she treat you, etc. Trial and error is also effective. You can choose from the staff girls (Ayumi Shimizu and Makoto), the guests (Mai and Yuki), high school chicks (Nanami, Kumi, Natsuki, and Misati/Keiko), the old coot (Umekichi Sugida). Half of the girls have one ending and the other half has at least two endings (with the exception of Ayumi Shimzu, who has three). Some good advice for the game might also be to remember, "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned!!!"

Characters

Takayuki Yamano: The lovable failure. His dreams crushed, by having to return to his old job at the inn, his spirit is between laziness and resolution. Regardless of this, the old life at the inn does suit him.

Ayumi Shimizu: Ayumi and Takayuki have been together their whole lives. When Takayuki went out to seek his fortune, she immediately chose to apply for Yamano's inn as the maid. She's really shy and seems to postpone the requests of the others, mostly Takayuki.

Makoto Jinnai: The T.N.T. cooker of the inn. Demonstrative and emotional, she usually expresses herself by throwing punches, and knives, which causes Takayuki to try to keep his distance.

Mai Sakura: A young artist who came to Yamano Inn to capture its beauty. A very sweet and kind girl, to the point of it almost being a weakness.

Kyoka Akiyama: No one knows why she's here at the inn, but it's clear that she either yells orders or gives glares an evil stares at Takayuki. It's hard to believe that such a personality would exist in such a goddess' body.

Yuki Matsuno: Yuki's hope is to be famous, to be the next "Busty Idol." As of now, however, she's at the bottom of the totem pole. Recently, she's been having a flirtatious streak, which means that she'll cause major trouble for our hero.

The Terrible Trio: A group of misfits, high school misfits that is, spending their summer at the Yamano inn. These "ladies" are hyper, playful, high-maintenance, and constantly need Takayuki's presence. Individually, they're a handful in their unique ways, as a team, they're a huge problem. The members include...

* The leader Nanami Ito: Although she's both energetic and carefree, the position of leader would better suit her if she weren't so impulsive. She may not be as hot-headed as Natsuki, but will throw punches when she doesn't get her way.

* The Brawn Natsuki Asakura: Another witch's soul, spirit, and mind in a goddess's body case. She's condescending, mean, stuck-up, short-fused, throws a tantrum when she doesn't get her way, competitive to the last, and wants to be superior to anyone and everyone.

* The Cute Kumi Kawada: Like a cute little rabbit, you'll have trouble controlling her impulsive nature while attempting to love her. She's a honest, trustworthy, innocent and pure girl, unlike her other friends.

Misato Amano & Keiko Takaya: AKA the Debutantes, they're a strange pair. Both students at an exclusive all-ladies college and well-built, their personalities, however, are very different, Misato is totally arrogant, selfish, and she strives to be superior to everyone else; everything she does is to heighten her own ego and increase her social status. Keiko, with more normal clothes and an extra large pair of glasses that make her look beautifully nerdy, is much more polite than her partner. However, you'll always see them together.

Umekichi Sugida: Takayuki's boss; since he's been working at the inn longer than Takayuki's been alive, he thinks he's justified to boss our hero around (well, technically he is), although the job can distract him.
