John Taylor (Taylor Ham)

John Taylor (1837-1909) was an American politician who served in the New Jersey Senate and the creator Taylor Ham. He was also the founder of Taylor Provisions Company and the Taylor Opera House in Trenton, New Jersey. [Savage, Beverly. He helped to abolish the street markets of New Jersey, and served as the first president of the Inter-State Fair.
