Arseus
Main article: Arseus (company)At the occasion of the annual shareholders meeting of June 6th 2006; Omega Pharma announced the name under which its Professional Health division will henceforward operate: Arseus. Simultaneously, the management team of Arseus was presented. The legal structure of the entities in this division has been largely prepared in the mean time, so that the project to make Arseus an autonomous company is on schedule. In the framework of this project, it is expected that Arseus, as an autonomous company, will become stock-listed by 2008.
