Energy Resources of Australia Ltd (asx|ERA) is a public company based in Australia. It is a subsidiary of the Rio Tinto Group which owns 68.4% of the company. The chairman is David Klingner and
chief executive officer is Harry Kenyon-Slaney. ERA is the world's third-largest uranium producer, through the Ranger Uranium Mine in the Northern Territory.
