Arbab

Arbab

Arbab means "boss", "master", "landlord" in persian and in arabic. It was a title used by tribal leaders in Middle East and South Asia. It is the title used by the heads of Kasi tribe in Balochistan. It is also used by the Samat tribes like Sammo, Abro, Nohrio, and Jakhro tribes in Sindh. Nowadays, it is a common family name in Iran, Pakistan and some Arab countries
