Lorna Dunkley (born Bodmin, Cornwall) is an English television news presenter, currently with Sky News.

Dunkley was born in Bodmin and grew up in Cornwall. She undertook part-time school work with both BBC Radio Cornwall and Pirate FM 102. She graduated in Communication Studies from the University of Glamorgan and completed a post-graduate course in Broadcast Journalism at University College Falmouth.

On return she undertook researcher work with ITV Westcountry in Plymouth. Dunkley was named the BT West Young Journalist of the Year in 1997, an attended a Buckingham Palace reception for young achievers in 1998. After going freelance Dunkley joined "Sky News" in 2002, and after a period as a reporter has presented Sky News Sunrise, Live at Five, Sky News Today and Sky News at Ten, mostly at weekends. Returning from maternity leave in January 2007, she moved from "Sky News Sunrise" to stengthen further the weekend presenting line up, joining Steve Dixon, Mark Longhurst and Chris Roberts. Married to Brad Higgins, who is Director of Programmes at the Sky owned horse racing channel "At the Races," in her youth she played Rugby Union for Bodmin ladies, but now enjoys skiing and playing the piano.
