Bruce Harry Dinwiddy (born
February 1 1946 inEpsom ,England ) was thegovernor of theCayman Islands from May 2002 to October 2005. He has been working for theForeign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) since 1973. Before becoming acolonial administrator , he was posted to many countries around the world, and also spent time working in England.
