The Silver Seas (formerly The Bees U.S.) are a rock and alternative band from Nashville, Tennessee, which formed when producer Jason Lehning met singer-songwriter Daniel Tashian. The band toured as an opening act for Guster in 2004 after the independent release of their debut album, "Starry Gazey Pie". Their second album, "High Society", was released in early 2006.
