Arthur Horner (1894-1968) was a British trade union leader and politician.
Horner was A. J. Cook's deputy as leader of the South Wales Miners' Federation and was a founding member of the Communist Party of Great Britain. Having stood unsuccessfully as a Parliamentary candidate, he became President of the South Wales Miners' Federation in 1936 and of the National Union of Mineworkers in 1946.
