Alfredo de Oro (
April 28 ,1863 disputable|date=September 2007 inManzanillo, Cuba – 1948; sometimes recorded as Alfredo DeOro) was a Cuban professionalcarom billiards and pool player who several times held the world title in boththree-cushion billiards andstraight pool simultaneously. He was posthumously inducted into theBilliard Congress of America 's Hall of Fame in 1967, one of the very few non-Americans to receive the honor.
