History

On June 15, 2006, during a press conference, the Saint Louis Stunners announced that its ownership group had reserved the market to establish an ABA team in St. Louis, Missouri. At that time former NBA player, and St. Louis native, Anthony Bonner was named the Head Coach and Assistance General Manager. Before for the season begin, Bonner resigned his positions when he exercised an option in his agreement with the Stunner to advance his career. The next day Bonner return to his former high school to accept the Head Coach and director of public relations positions. Bonner was assisting Vashon High School after the scandals of the former coach Floyd Irons. The Stunners announced Harold Webster as their new Head Coach.

The Stunners completed two seasons with the ABA and is currently preparing for the 2008-2009 ABA season. The team recently released their current sponsors for the upcoming season.
