CppUnit Stable release 1.12.1 / February 19, 2008 Written in C++ Type Unit testing tool License GNU Lesser General Public License Website https://launchpad.net/cppunit2 CppUnit is a unit testing framework module for the C++ programming language, described as a C++ port of JUnit. The library is released under the GNU Lesser General Public License. The library can be compiled for a variety of POSIX platforms, allowing unit-testing of 'C' sources as well as C++ with minimal source modification. The framework has a neutral UI, running tests in suites. Test result output is sent to a filter, the most basic being a simple pass or fail count printed out, or more advanced filters allowing XML output compatible with continuous integration reporting systems[citation needed].
