Wister Station is a SEPTA Regional Rail station at Ashmead and Rubicam Streets, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The station is in zone 1 on the SEPTA R7 Chestnut Hill East Line, on former Reading Railroad tracks, and is 6.1 track miles from Suburban Station. In 2004, this station saw 78 boardings on an average weekday.

Wister Station is the last stop inbound before Wayne Junction Station, where it merges with the R1, R2, R3, R5, and R8 lines.
