Vice-chancellor ofOsmania University from 1945 to 1946 and from 1948 to 1952. He was India'sambassador toArgentina (1952-54),Egypt (1954-58),Yugoslavia andGreece (1958-61),France (1961-65), and theUnited States (1968-70). His personal rapport with Peron,Nasser ,Tito ,De Gaulle , andLyndon B.
