Higashiichiki, Kagoshima

Higashiichiki (東市来町; -chou) was a town located in Hioki District, Kagoshima, Japan. On May 1, 2005 the town merged with three other towns forming the city of Hioki and no longer exists as an independent municipality.

As of 2003, the town had an estimated population of 13,565 and the density of 191.33 persons per km². The total area was 70.90 km².
