"Psychedelicatessen" is the second studio album by Threshold, released in late 1994. It is the first and only Threshold album to feature Glynn Morgan on vocals, and also the only Threshold album with Nick Harradence playing drums. The band's members were displeased with the sound quality on the original release of the album, and had long desired to do a complete remix. [http://www.dprp.net/specials/threshold/index.html] Their first fan club release, "Decadent", contained three remixes of songs from the album which sound very similar to the versions of those songs on the 2001 remastered Special Edition release.

The songs on the album deal with themes of religion.

"Psychedelicatessen" is also the name of the second album released by the band Moodswings (Arista, 1997)

Editions

A remastered and remixed Special Edition of the CD was released on InsideOut in 2001. This included the addition of two bonus tracks, the live album Livedelica as a bonus disk, and some extra features for the PC. ("Enhanced Elements.") Livedelica features Jay Micciche on drums.
