Book Synopsis

*'The Ivanhoe Gambit' - Sometimes Sergeant Major Lucas Priest wondered why he had enlisted in the U.S. Army Temporal Corps. Fighting in the Time Wars wasn't the easiest way to make a living. Sailing with Lord Nelson, battling Custer at Little Big Horn, and a year of pillaging with Attila and his Huns had left him ready for a vacation. But a demented scheme to impersonate the King of England was threatening to change the course of history. Two army teams had already failed to intercept the madman. So Lucas and his men must clock back to the twelfth century to try and prevent an irreversible split in time...But when Lucas discovers whom they were to impersonate, he almost wishes that Hannibal had killed him back in Carthage. How are Ivanhoe, Robin Hood, and a band of merry outlaws supposed to protect the future of the world?

*'The Timekeeper Conspiracy' - At first the discovery of minus time seemed like a blessing. Countries at war could fight their battles in the past rather than destroy the present. But now the situation was desperate. Humanity faced the danger of a temporal split, with incalculable consequences, as a result of attempts to change the past. So Captain Lucas Priest, a seasoned veteran of the Temporal corps, was dispatched to seventeenth-century France. In the world of Cardinal Richelieu and the Three Musketeers, he must infiltrate the terrorist underground called the Timekeepers and put an end to their mad schemes forever...whatever forever means!

*'The Pimpernel Plot' - Time travel wasn't just fun and adventure. Major Lucas Priest, a veteran of the TimeWars, was aware of the danger of operating in Minus Time. One false move, and the course of history is changed with incalculable consequences. Now Lucas is faced with the greatest challenge of his career: to readjust the events of the French Revolution and correct the blunder made by an agent of the Temporal Corps. Alex Corderro, in his first hitch in Minus Time, had caused the death of Sir Percy Blakeney, the English aristocrat who played a key role in saving French royalists from the guillotine. Someone had to impersonate Blakeney and carry out his task. Easier said than done. Especially since the much feared Mongoose, the great saboteur and double agent from the 27th century, was on the loose again. And Moongoose had other ideas of how history should proceed...

*'The Zenda Vendetta' - In the kingdom of Ruritania, Prince Rudolf is about to be crowned king. Instead, due to the machinations of his half brother, he becomes the “Prisoner of Zenda.” That was back in the 19th century. But history is about to repeat itself – with a twist. The TIMEKEEPERS, the terrorist underground from the 27th century, have traveled backward once again to try and sabotage the course of history. However insignificant Ruritania may be, the slightest tampering with the past would have incalculable consequences for the present. The commandos of the Temporal Intelligence Agency, Lucas Priest, Finn Delaney and Andre Cross, have another temporal adjustment on their hands. And all they have for a guide is an obscure 19th century novel!

*'The Nautilus Sanction' - Time travel can be extremely hazardous to your health. Especially if, like Major Lucas Priest, you’re an agent of the elite Temporal Corps. Anytime, anywhere, the Time Wars could begin again… Now the Nautilus, a Russian supersub armed with enough nuclear firepower to blow history apart at the seams, has been hijacked from the 27th century. Priest and his commandos clock back to pursue the sub, and come face-to-face with a man whose thirst for revenge is so great he would start the greatest war of all time – everywhere at once! To stop him, the Time Commandos have only the help of the Canadian fisherman Ned Land, and a middle-aged French writer of voyages extraordinaires named Jules Verne…
*'The Khyber Connection' - The year was 1897. The Khyber Pass echoed with the sounds of war. Soldiers from Britain, India, and Afghanistan were immersed in a bloody conflict. Enter the Time Commandos. Their mission: To foil a plot that has set timelines on a collision course. Only they can save the timestream from disruption – with a little help from a war correspondent named Winston Churchill… and a waterboy called Gunga Din.

*'The Argonaut Affair' - A creature of Greek myth appears in the 27th century – proving that something is seriously wrong down the timeline! The Temporal Intelligence Agency fear an oncoming disaster of staggering proportions. Their only hope: the Time Commandos. Delaney, Cross, and their new partner Steiger clock back to the age of gods, monsters and heroes – into the heart of an epic quest. Lost in a legendary time and place, the future of two universes is in their hands!

*'The Dracula Caper' - A plague of vampires and werewolves falls on Victoria’s England in the late 1800’s – but there’s nothing supernatural about these creatures. They’re genetically engineered monsters from the far future, dropped into the past as a devilish tactic in the Time Wars! It’s a mystery more baffling than any penned by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle – a cosmic riddle to stagger the imagination of the great H.G. Wells. Soon the creators of Sherlock Holmes and The Time Machine join forces with the Time Commandos to combat an ageless evil which stains the very fabric of the universe!

*'The Lilliput Legion' - The Time Commandos face a new generation of Dr. Drakov’s bio-engineered hominoids – but just how deadly could these tiny enemies be? Just six inches tall, the Lillputian warriors are armed with laser rifles and vast technology that threatens the existence of two universes! In the eighteenth-century London, Doctor Lemuel Gulliver’s tale of the deadly little people is disbelieved by all but that mad author, Jonathan Swift… and the observers of the Temporal Intelligence Agency. Now the Time Commandos wage a vicious battle that rages across a thousand years.

*'The Hellfire Rebellion' - Boston, 1765. The freedom-fighting Sons of Liberty are under attack by a Tory secret society called the Hellfire Club. The club’s leader – the headless horseman – is a ghostly creature seemingly invulnerable to blades and musket balls. His plot to assassinate Sam Adams, Ben Franklin and George Washington will destroy every dream the Thirteen Colonies… and cancel the United States of America! Can the Time Commandos wage war against a phantom? And worse yet, can they stop a cosmic catastrophe that will make the Big Bang look like a firecracker?

*'The Cleopatra Crisis' - The Time Commandos travel to ancient Rome to unravel the mystery of a strange prophecy – one that not only tells Caesar to “Beware the ides of March,” but also foretells the exact manner of his death and the names of his assassins. The Eternal City is full of intrigue, plots, and conspiracies… but agents from the parallel universe have introduced a new element of treachery – a plan to prevent Caesars murder and change the course of history. Is the seductive Queen of Egypt their unwitting pawn – or their cunning leader? To save the future, the Emperor must die… and the Time Commandos may have to do the job themselves!

*'The Six-Gun Solution' - In the old West, the law was often found at the barrel of a gun – and in Tombstone, Arizona, that gun was Wyatt Earp’s Colt .45. The year is 1881 and warring factions in the town of Tombstone are about to clash in history’s most famous gunfight – the shootout at the O.K. Corral. But the Earps and the Clantons are not the only gun slingers in town. The new arrivals carry weapons far more dangerous than six-guns. The Time Commandos travel back to the American frontier to investigate the disappearance of three missing agents, only to come up against an organized crime empire from the future, saboteurs froma parallel universe, genetically engineered spies and the most dangerous crosstime terrorists they’ve ever faced. Two Parallel timelines have come together in the exact same time and place, and something’s got to give.
