The Vegan Sourcebook

"The Vegan Sourcebook" is a guide to veganism written by Joanne Stepaniak and first published in November 1998 by Lowell House. The book is intended for both existing vegans and those who are considering becoming vegans, and provides information on a range of topics related to veganism, including justifications for veganism, nutritional issues, and tips for vegans. "The Vegan Sourcebook" is currently published by McGraw-Hill and is in its second edition (ISBN 0-7373-0506-1).
