Mud Island (Michigan)

Mud Island is a very small island in the Detroit River in Ecorse, Michigan. It is only convert|18.5|acre|m2 in extent. The island was donated by National Steel Corporation to the Detroit River International Wildlife Refuge on June 14, 2001.
