July 26 1972 ) is a professional footballer born inHartlepool currentlt playing for Crawley Town. After a one year stay with Chesterfield, he became a Spireite fans favourite. He spent most of his career at south coast clubA.F.C. Bournemouth .Fletcher began his career at Hartlepool before leaving for Bournemouth in 1992 for £30,000. He spent fifteen years with Bournemouth, recording more than 600 appearance caps and 100 goals.
Fletcher was released by Bournemouth at the end of the 2006-07 season.
