writer Cecelia Ahern 's second novel, published in 2004. It was titled "Love, Rosie or Rosie Dunne " in the US. The entire novel is written inepistolary structure in the form of letters, emails, instant messages, newspaper articles, etc. The book also reached number 1 in Ireland and the UK, and won the German CORINE Award in 2005.Rosie and Alex had been best friends since they met in school at a young age. When Alex suddenly has to move away, Rosie is devastated and makes plans to move over to join him in Boston. However, Rosie becomes pregnant after getting drunk at her high school debs and cancels her plan to move to Boston. She raises her baby, Katie and continues to communicate with Alex through emails, letters and instant chats. They continue to deny their love for each other while going through marriages, lovers and divorces. And finally Alex finally confesses his love for her in a letter.
