Victoria National Golf Course

Victoria National Golf Course is located in Newburgh, Indiana which is in the southwest part of Indiana. Victoria is an eighteen hole golf course that is owned by the Freidmen family. Victoria was constructed in 1996 by world famous designer Tom Fazio on land that was used for strip mines from the 1950's to 1977. Victoria National is currently ranked 21st best golf course according to Golf Digest Weekly top 100 golf courses in the world. Victoria has already hosted a senior LPGA golf tournament and will be hosting the 2006 USGA Senior Amateur Championship.

Course Information

Victoria National has a full driving range, clubhouse, pro shop, putting green, and their own restaurant. The course is par 72, eighteen hole golf course. The course has six different tees to hit from: Victorian, which is the back tee and plays 7239 yards, Tecumseh, which is the second to last tee and plays 6861 yards, Chinook is the third to last tee and plays 6598 yards, Ayrshire are the fourth to last tees and plays 6306 yards , Squaw Creek which is the senior tees and plays 5697 yards, and Darlington are the women's tees and plays 5031 yards. certification in the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary Program for Golf Courses program from Audubon International.
