HMAS Quality (G62)

HMAS "Quality" (G62) was a Q class destroyer laid down by Swan, Hunter and Wigham Richardson’s Limited at Wallsend-on-Tyne on 10 October 1940, launched on 6 October 1941, commissioned into the Royal Navy on 7 September 1942, was manned by Australian personnel from 1943, and transferred to the Royal Australian Navy on loan on 8 October 1945.

"Quality" paid off into reserve on 25 January 1946 and was sold for scrap to Mitsubishi Limited of Tokyo on 10 April 1958.
