William Henry Wills, (also known as William H. Wills) (October 26, 1882 - March 6, 1946) was a politician in the U.S. state of Vermont. He was lieutenant governor of Vermont from 1937-41 and Governor from 1941-45. In 1944, Wills was a delegate to Republican National Convention.
