Rajkumar Kohli (born
September 14 ,1930 ) is anIndia n film director. He was famous for directing several popularBollywood films in the 1970s and 1980s withensemble cast s such as "Nagin" (1976), "Jaani Dushman " (1979), "Badle Ki Aag " (1982) and "Raj Tilak " (1984). His films frequently featured actors includingSunil Dutt ,Dharmendra ,Jeetendra ,Shatrughan Sinha and actresses such asReena Roy andRekha .In the early 1990s he introduced his son
Arman Kohli in the multi-starrer action film "Virodhi" (1992) which was a flop. He directed his son again in "Aulad Ke Dushman" (1993) and "Qahar" (1997) which also failed to launch his son's career. After a hiatus he returned in 2002 and relaunched his son in another multi-starrer film in the style of his classic 1970s films "Nagin" and "Jaani Dushman". The film was titled '. However when released it was a box office disaster and was heavily criticised for being one of the worst films ever made. As well as copying his own 1970s films, the film copied scenes from "The Matrix ", ' , "Mission Impossible II " and "The Mummy".External links
