WTOR (770 AM) is a radio station licensed to Youngstown, New York, USA. The station is currently owned by Birach Broadcasting Corporation. The station's 13,000-watt signal is, in fact, aimed almost completely into the province of Ontario.

The station's programming is primarily in Punjabi and Urdu, with some Serbian, Macedonian and Caribbean programming on weekends. WTOR is a daytime-only station, signing off at night to make room for 50,000-watt WABC in New York City.

The WTOR call sign previously belonged to a station in Harwinton, Connecticut which now uses the call sign WSNG.
