"With Respect to Nat" is a 1965 (see 1965 in music) album featuring the Canadian jazz pianist Oscar Peterson.

"Nat" refers to singer Nat King Cole. The album features Peterson singing on all but one of the tracks.

After this album, Peterson spoke with regret of his decision to give up singing.
